Whzan welcomes Chris Longson to the team

CHRIS JOINS FROM IOW NHS TRUST

We’ve got a new team member! We’re delighted that Chris Longson has joined our expanding business as Client Services Executive.

Chris joins us from The Isle of Wight NHS Trust where he was Technology Enabled Care Manager, looking after a team of technicians, implementing new remote clinical pathways using Whzan solutions.

Chris has been brought in to offer help and perspective for our NHS partners in implementing and using Whzan technology to ensure the best outcomes.

He is uniquely placed to understand NHS challenges, having overseen implementations in care homes, respiratory pathways, virtual wards, domiciliary Care and also working closely with the mental health division.

Chris commented “At the Isle of Wight NHS Trust I saw first-hand the impact Whzan can have on improving patients’ quality of life and reducing their anxiety and concerns around their health. In addition, the impact the technology has had in reducing demand on NHS front line clinicians is critical in supporting the current healthcare workforce across the country. I’m delighted to be joining Whzan to help others on their journey.”

CEO Keith Chessell added “Chris is joining a team of talented people with experience of working in, and with, the NHS, Local Government and care organisations across the healthcare sector. Our mission is to, not just develop cutting-edge ideas and applications, but also to work on behalf of our partners to provide them with tools to improve health and safety for vulnerable people. We’re excited to have him with us.”

We’re sure you’ll join us in giving Chris a warm welcome. You can drop him a line to say hello at chris.longson@whzan.com or for any help & advice you might need.
